… For over a decade, we have selected a word which has historically captured a vision for our future. A word, we now wish to hold carefully in our sacred heart.

In our image of the year, please seek out the Serene Buddha Faces carved in stone. Photographed in HDR at the Bayon Temple in Angkor, Siem Reap, Cambodia > 2016

Drink deeply. Live in serenity and joy.

Blessings for 2018,

Serenity… Smiling Buddha Stone Faces, Bayon Temple at Angkor, Siem Reap, Cambodia

“Do not look for bad company, or live with men who do not care. Find friends who love the truth. Drink deeply. Live in serenity and joy.” > Buddha

The Prasat Bayon is a richly decorated Khmer temple at Angkor in Cambodia. Built in the late 12th century as the official state temple of the Mahayana Buddhist King Jayavarman VII, the Bayon stands at the centre of Jayavarman’s capital, Angkor Thom.

As a Part of My Desire to Explore, Capture and Share the World’s Stillness in Secret Places and Sacred Spaces… I’m Honoured to Express this Moment in Time with You.
